I agree with DarkestTruth- I think that while Paulina is shallow, most depictions of her forget that she is human, and she has feelings too. She was, for example, really polite at the start of this episode, when Danny goes up to talk to her. She courteously talked to him after he royally embarrassed himself, and only used him to get back at Sam /after/ Sam insulted her. I imagine that she felt slightly guilty about the whole thing, but justified it to herself.
Rant over, I think that Paulina looks good when she isn't displayed as shallow.

Is it weird that I really, REALLY like the second panel? Paulina looks...not-shallow/ And Danny doesn't look like he's desperate for a girfriend (unlike most depictions of him and Paulina.)
